Recently, we have had a flurry of inquiries regarding our service and our ability to rid sensitive computer and electronic equipment of viruses, specifically the new threat - the H1N1 flu virus.
Like you, we are concerned about the potential risk of the spread of the H1N1 virus in the work place. People infected with seasonal and H1N1 flu viruses are able to infect others from the day before getting sick, to 5 to 7 days after.
As you are probably aware, when we clean your equipment the last step in our cleaning procedure is to apply a disinfecting agent to the equipment surfaces. This annihilates any bacteria and/or viruses lurking on the surface. Our AntiBacterial Cleaner binds to the surface and continues to disinfect for several days.
In order to help you avoid an outbreak of H1N1, we are offering a special cleaning package to address this issue. We have modified our service to accommodate the high touch areas. We are offering a special price on keypads for example. It is more cost effective to clean the high-touch surfaces more frequently and address the overall cleaning of maintenance and appearance with your regularly scheduled cleaning.
What we propose is that we come in and do an initial cleaning of your high touch surfaces. Then we leave you with, and show you how to apply, our AntiBacterial Cleaner. You can maintain the level of sanitation between cleanings with the AntiBacterial Cleaner we include in the package.
We have dramatically reduced prices in anticipation you will want to have this service more often and more consistently. We recommend you have this “High Touch” cleaning done and the follow up cleanings done every one, two or three months depending on your specific needs. This package is structured so the more you clean the less you pay for each cleaning. If we come in once a month for example it is less expensive per item than if we come in once every 3 months.
Included in the package is a temporary “touch up” kit. It includes a some of our AntiBacterial Cleaner and a cloth. . Our cleaning techs will instruct you or someone on your staff how to apply it correctly. This should protect you and your staff between your cleanings.
Health Seasonal Special (See attached Pricing Structure): In order to be able to offer this special pricing structure, we will only clean and disinfect the most commonly touched areas of each of the pieces as described in the attached Quotation Form.
